Group Fistbump With Glove For Unity

What is FAB Boxing?
More than boxing. It’s fitness, friendship, and connection, built to help people rebuild confidence, health, and their lives.

Who is it for?
Anyone. People in recovery, those struggling with mental health, or anyone who wants a stronger, healthier circle around them. Beginners are not just welcome, they’re expected.

Why was it started?
Two men, Aaron and Mark, met through recovery. One fought addiction, homelessness, and street survival. The other fought stress, chaos, and hidden substance use behind a ‘successful’ career. Both learned the same truth: addiction was the symptom, not the cause. Community and movement changed everything. So we built FAB to pass that chance on.

Is it just a workout?
No. It’s a new circle. A safe space. A team. The place you go when you want to turn things around.

Will I fit in?
If you want to grow, yes. No egos. No judgement. Just support, music, energy, and people who understand the fight.

Do you only box?
We box, but we also hike, camp, and run social events because rebuilding your life means rebuilding your world, not just your fitness.

Why do companies get involved?
Our workplace wellbeing programmes help fund our free recovery classes. When a business backs FAB, they’re not sponsoring a logo, they’re backing real lives changing.

Are people really capable of change?
Absolutely. We are the proof. Change starts when the environment stops pulling you down and starts lifting you up.

What’s the mission?
To help people fight back, rebuild, and thrive, one session at a time.FAB Boxing. Fighting Addiction Boxing.
Stronger body. Stronger mind. Stronger circle.
